Blake Best

Rocky Top Game Con Is Proud to announce Author Blake Best as a guest at our show May 27th – May 28th 2023! Best is an award-winning actor and author. His book “Razor’s Edge” has become a best-seller and chronicles the origin story of legendary horror icon Freddy Krueger of the “A Nightmare on Elm Street” film series. “The Within” centers around a cursed film script and an evil essence capable of possession. He was inducted into the Hall of Horror in Las Vegas in 2016 and has been a guest at many horror conventions and pop-culture events, including CreepyCon, FrankenCon, Mag Comic Expo, Rocky Top Game Con, Scarefest, Sin City Halloween, Zombie Fest, and many others.

Blake’s acting credits include “Death Row,” “Devil’s Dungeon,” and the upcoming slasher film “He Comes to Kill.” A skilled guitarist and songwriter, Blake is also a composer and has noscored films, podcasts, and several webseries and YouTube shows. His most recent score, “The Crooked Smile,” became the theme music for TikTok legend Mr. Unhappy. In addition to his acting, writing, and composing work, Blake also owns screen-used props from the “A Nightmare on Elm Street” films. He is currently writing a new novel, “Whispers in the Woods,” and has served as an executive producer and consultant on several films, including “Creep Night,” which is currently in pre-production.
